This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Kovn, operated by 110 SCOTT AVE, LLC. It covers sports towels, gym towels, cooling towels, workout towels, carry cases, and included packaging sold through this website.

Return Window and Condition

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Product condition accepted for return: new only.
  • Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
  • Return method: by mail.

Sports Towel Return Eligibility

Returned items should be unused, clean, dry, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus any included case or clip. Items with sweat residue, odor, stains, wash marks, missing accessories, or signs of workout use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives with the wrong color, wrong size, missing towel, missing case, damaged stitching, or package damage, contact info@kovn.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, and visible issue.

How To Start a Return

  1. Email info@kovn.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
  2. Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
  3. Pack the towel and all included components securely.
  4. Mail eligible returns to: 944 NE 42ND Ave Homestead, 33033 United States.

Labels, Fees, and Refunds

  • Return label: included in the package, free.
  • Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
  • No restocking fee applies to approved eligible returns.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges depend on availability of the requested towel color, size, texture, or pack quantity. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, customers may request a return after delivery.
